DELIVERY INFORMATION
We want you to invest in art and own a unique piece not available anywhere else. Our Prints are produced on 200gsm Satin Paper and High Quality Canvas. They are produced for us by a high quality full colour print based company in SOHO, London. Each print is lightfast for around 75 years and if kept well there is no limit to how long it will last. Keep the print away from direct sunlight and away from any damp area’s. We suggest you use a cloth or gloves when handling your print to avoid fingerprints during framing.
(The artwork itself can be signed by the artist on request. Please note that this could take longer as some artists on DESPOP may not be in the country or may have other commitments.)
Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which is dispatched with the artwork verifying the artist’s name and edition number. If a certificate is provided with artwork, please keep it in a safe place as it is valuable and forms an integral part of your artwork investment. All Prints are wrapped and placed in a wide-cap tube for protection before shipping. We will endevour to deliver within 5 working days
(UK) REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF THE PRINT IS RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL STATE WITHIN 14 DAYS.
SIZES. Our prints come in 3 different print sizes : 23.4x 16.5in (A2 £70) , 33.1×23.4in (A1 £90) and 46.8 x 33.1 in (A0 £125)
ORDERS. All of our orders go through the online payment system, PAYPAL. This is the easiest and most secure way of purchasing products on the net. Here we will get confirmation of your purchase and your correct billing and mailing details. Using this site and DESPOP, you will be able to buy multiple prints by using the shopping cart.
POSTAGE. Our prints are sent out first class/special delivery and will be sent within 5 working days of your order. We will email you when we have posted your order so you have piece of mind.

SKETCHES & PAINTINGS: With this service on DESPOP it is the artists responsibility to despatch any work listed and purchased that is not a Limited Edition Print but an original work. Please take into regard that if you are purchasing a large painting that the postage on items like these will much greater.
